Our Mission

Good Neighbor Counseling is an organization that was established from the need and demand for services that set a new standard for working with adults and children experiencing mental, emotional, or behavioral issues.
Outpatient Therapy promotes an improved quality of life for persons seeking individual, couples, and/or family therapy.
Intensive In-Home services provide a therapeutic program for children and adolescents aged 4-18 years that are experiencing high-risk behavioral, mental health, and/or emotional issues.
Community Support Services is a home-based case management program for teens and adults designed to assist those with ongoing mental health symptoms. This program is licensed as a Mental Health Support Service (MHSS).
Therapeutic Mentoring services are enriched with youth development programs that focus on the individual’s dreams, goals, and ambitions.
Therapeutic Day Treatment treats children between the ages on 5-18 years of age who have a mental health diagnoses. Children receive treatment for behavior and emotional challenges while developing the necessary skills needed to succeed in the school and in the community.

At Good Neighbor Homes, we strive to make a difference in our community by giving our individuals the very best in service, care, and support. Our goal is to support individuals in achieving a life of opportunity, independence, and growth. Our trained and knowledgeable staff has experience working with clients with needs ranging in the following areas:
Intellectual Disabilities and Autism (ranging from mild to severe)
Co-occurring disorders including but not limited to Schizophrenia, Bi Polar, Borderline Personality, ADHD, Depression, Intermittent Explosive, and Mood Disorder.
Medical needs in the areas of non-ambulatory full care, tracheal tubes, G-tubes, diabetes, hypertension, cancer, PICA, CHARGE syndrome, peg tubes, thyroid disorders, seizures, seborrheic dermatitis, spastic dysplasia, sleep apnea, scoliosis, cellulitis, and morbid obesity.
